Q. What products do you use?
A. Fresh Image uses the quality products of Sherwin Williams. Preparations, whether surfacing or chemical, follow Sherwin Williams guidelines to produce the best results for you.
Q. What preparation work is necessary?
A. Each job is unique and preparation is customized. Each step will be explained with the estimate.
Q. Do you include cleanup in you work?
A. Yes, all sites are cleaned up before we consider a job finished.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept cash or check, with 33% as a down payment and the balance due upon completion. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time. In the near future, we will be implementing an online bill payment service through PayPal (
www.paypal.com)
Q. When will my work be done?
A. We pride ourselves on rapid response to your needs. Once begun, our team will continue on your job until completion—no ‘bits and pieces’ work to drag out the process. Of course, this assumes weather cooperation in outdoor assignments.
Q. What is included in a color consultation?
A. Fresh Image will take actual pictures of your area and work with software to produce images of color selections. You get a view of the finished product before the work begins!
